I made salmon today and it was delicious. Lots of veggies and rice too.

It made me realize how much I miss cooking. I need to do it more often.

Cooking is even better when I don't have to pay for the supplies. And when my mom buys me huge olives.

All Salmon fishing has been suspended on the west coast this year because the populations are crashing, so go for a different fish this summer! (Halibut? mmm) It's really sad. Even if you are getting fish from Alaska, the population there is in turn going to crash because of the demand. So lets lessen demand so we can still eat salmon 5 years from now.
