Have you noticed that the friendship between Sherlock and Watson is similar to the friendship between House and Wilson? Only Wilson and Watson can put up with the two impossible people. :) They insult them, they get annoyed by them, but Sherlock and House would walk through fire to get to Watson and Wilson if they were in trouble.

Not familiar with House and Wilson, but that's definitely one of my favorite parts of the Sherlock/John or Holmes/Watson (ala RDJ & JL) dynamic. :)
