new york city is a place that is constantly bordering the line of utter chaos. all it needs is a slight nudge. for example, this morning: it rained last night, i guess pretty hard. ALL subway lines - ALL OF THEM were flooded. not one train was running. the entire city practically stopped functioning for a few hours. and people were up in arms,
