I need to lose more weight. A lot more. I'm sick of feeling this way. A ball of unhappiness and self-loathing. Just have to put up with the annoying pain I get with running everyday. Annnnnywayyy.

in all seriousness, drink lots of water, do cardio (like running) regularly, don't eat terrible food (especially things high in sugar like soda or Skittles), and just try to stay active. Not only will that help you lose weight, you'll probably also improve your mood. No joke.
