I believe I fit all of those, aside from fiercely independent (which actually depends on which type of independent you're talking about. I can take care of myself as far as health, money, etc goes...but I have weak emotional moments where I am rather dependent on friends and such)
And the mother thing is an unsure, since I don't know her.
And the houseplants...DON'T KILL THE POOR HOUSEPLANTS~!!!!!!!
And maybe the sex thing. I have a pretty high sex drive, but it seems every girl I meet is either devoid of all interest in sex, or is so ridiculously horny 24/7 that just hearing her babble on about sex makes me exhausted. Damned females and their lack of balance...
But yeah, other than that I fit all of those, and if I'm most/all of those and my luck with women is awful, that likely means there's a billion other guys out there that are all of those and more.

That honestly depends. I don't let people push me around, I'm not timid certainly, but usually when girls say that it tends to mean they want a jerk who won't even attempt to compromise with them on important issues =P...just out of experience and all >_>;;;...and that's not me.
As for the houseplants... its more of a friendly hello nibble then a munching thing.

And the sex...? not twenty four seven. but not once a week, either. *grin*Same here, probably. Though depending on my significant other's sex drive, I could probably go several weeks without a sexual encounter actually, just so long as when we have it it's a passionate unique sort of thing, occassionally spiced up with some whip cream and strawberries and maybe light bondage in the form of tying hands and legs with silk scarves and other fun things like that
