There were some people in my social circle that were (probably still are) using Live Journal basically to be cruel to each other. I never participated, but it was directed at me about a month ago. I felt so incredibly bad I lost my stomach for the whole thing. I know I shouldn't allow these people to dictate my life, but Live Journal is still a rather painful place to be. No one is as mean as a high school girl.
