I've decided I really don't like that Brokeback Mountain has brought about a new wave of it being cool to label things as gay in a bad light. I can't say that I'm surprised, it just seems to be all too popular with my coworkers and I find myself wanting to punch them every time. Seriously people, what the fuck?

Wasn't that movie supposed to be all showing insight into how gay people are human too? Ironic. And just when calling things "gay" when people really mean to say "stupid" had started to wear off...Damn.

I think it might be geography that's bringing you to that conclusion. Here in California I by no means get that impression. But then, we seem to pretty much be cool with anything these days.
