I'm on a diet as well. No sugar. Well...no candy or pop or anything. I was getting more and more worried about my booooodddy, so I'm doing something about it/running on a treadmill everyday.
yea im giving up that stuff too. ever since basketabll stopped and i havent decreased the intake of my food (actually am eating more) i burn almost nothing a day because i dont do anything. so one morning i was like ah. no more. i use oti have a fklat stomach and im not gonna lie i dont anymore. i dont want to liek drastically change like what happened to lidnesay lohan. i juts wnat to be fit or somehting. good luck to the both of us!
Good, please don't pull a Lindsay Lohan! I'm not a big fan of her in the first place, but I think she looked so sos o much better before, compared to now, all bony and scary looking. Its mostly my stomach that I'm working on as well. All of a sudden when I stopped dancing and swimming, it started to look very very unattractive and gross, and I wnat it to go away!
yeah daniella you might be unhappy with your body you you look really good. i will help you stick to your diet. gah i have to go im going to be late for work!
You're perfect the way you are. I hope you don't think you're fat. You're beautiful! So make sure to stay healthy and just get toned up..that's all you need. =)

I'll pass.. my thighs and butt are too much haha. I need to work out that's all. I don't eat junk, caffiene, etc.. so I just need to become more active.
