Also, has an army of small entities, also likely Duel Spirits, who have inhuman construction potential and who do not fear copyright laws.

The question is, if he is a duel spirit, then why is it taking so long for there to be a Santa Claus monster card?

Santa is a fabrication, created by a cabal of wizards, sorcerers, and mystics, as is all Christmas.

hundreds if not more, years ago, they realized a massive eldritchian horror fueled by the negativity of mankind, was set to devour all of the Earth. So they created a holiday and attached it to the then currently fastest growing religion, to promote positivity and good will towards men. Ever sense then, the cabal has persisted through history, using the positive emotions generated to beat back this monstrosity.
