I am safely in New Jersey visiting my friend Adam for spring break. He lives only about half an hour from New York, and we've been there a couple times. In brief, we've

• seen the WTC site (this was my first on-Manhattan experience),
• went clothes shopping,
• shopped in Chinatown (and got dim sum. . . mmmmmmm.),
• spun the big cube (pops) in Astor

And by the way, TMBG used the line "where Dylan lived", but we all know that Cub's original version had the correct line: "where King Kong lived". How Flansy couldn't make out that lyric is beyond me.

[He also changed "Breakfast at Tiffany's" to "Katz's and Tiffany's", but I agree with that line change.]
