To be completely honest, the government has my DNA, dental records, and fingerprints on file. I committed no crime. But they are there in the databases to aid in an investigation. All I did was enlist.

The section of the text which deals with the uses of the information states that it is in violation of that section to use the DNA evidence "for other than than criminal identification or exclusion purposes, or for other than the identification of missing persons." Anyone in violation would receive a jail or prison sentence. It seems pretty clear, but I feel that there could be circumstances when some sort of genetic profiling could be interpreted as using the DNA for criminal exclusion ( ... )
