A party

We're thinking about having a party on Saturday November 20th. It's still in the planning stages; we haven't picked a theme, yet, but I'm pushing for "Robot Thanksgiving" (like usual). More bulletins will come as events warrant. Gotta get packing; I leave in four and a half hours.

okay, now you've piqued my interest...

Last Halloween I was thinking of a robot pilgrim costume, but that fell through, so the desire for robot pilgrimitude sort of morphed into the desire for a robot Thanksgiving party ever since. Throughout last November up to the very end I vied for a Robot Thanksgiving theme for what became the 80's party (which was a blast, too). Zig played Mr. Roboto, and we danced the robot, which was awesome - but still my hunger for Robot Thanksgiving is not sated. Oh yes, Robot Thanksgiving will happen - maybe not this time, but it will take place.

It's enough notice. I just looked up airfare and don't think I can make it though. Sorry ... thanks for the invite.

Yeah - airfare to and from Santa Barbara tends to be oppressively high. Sorry you can't make it; it would have been fantastic if you could. There will be more opportunities for parties in the future, though.
