I said no to the uniforms as did Garp, and I said yes to air fresheners and cutrains. Not THOSE curtains but yes, curtains.

And I said there were three FORMER captains on this ship. TWO of which control this vessel. AKA; Garp and myself. I also said that you can talk to Garp about redecorating EVERYTHING and being in-charge of that; not going and doing whatever the hell you wanted without permission since you aren't head of ANYTHING. This is a Marine ship, and on it are two captains in which you need to talk and/or answer to.

AND THEN THERE'S SMOKER. Who, you'll have to deal with if you leave any trace that you were here, here.

No, you skirted around the issue of the uniforms trying to be polite about saying no but never actually said no.

I gave PLENTY of warning and notice about my decorating. And it looks better.

I'll probably never see Smokey-chan.
