I had them twice. And ask Auntie Jane for advice and the whitening appointment that Danielle mentioned above.

Perhaps you can get the ones that bind on the inside of the teeth!

And don't let them mess up either. My orthodontist pulled my teeth to far and instead of having them for 2 years, I had them for 5. So I suggest taking a picture each night before you go to bed and comparing them over time. Actually, dont.
