Review: The Girl with the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo
My review of Supernatural's 7x20 "The Girl with the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo"
So it was mess to get to see Supernatural today and I couldn't download it either so I had to watch it online,
I did get to see it, but kinda in bits and pieces and no caps today lol. And I've probably missed out on some stuff and I didn't get to enjoy it as much either so I have to download it when I can.
First off I liked the big city feel in the episode. It's not so often we get that on this show. I have no idea who Felicia Day is - well, I do now, but people act like it's such a big deal she's here so... who is she? She was cool anyway, but couldn't decide whether she's young or not. In the promo photos she looks quite old, but I take it she is isn't? Anyway that's the way to write a geeky girl. Not the over the top creep Becky. I love her dancing to Walking on Sunshine, her Harry Potter and LotR stuff and god knows what.
The Winchesters' roles in this one was quite cool. Trying to help Charlie to hit on the security guard, getting her in and all that. Dean telling Sammy not to laugh lol.
One thing I'm not always a fan of on this show though is how little we see of the bad guy of the year. Same thing happened with Lucifer and now with Roman. He's a cool character though and I do like the leviathans. Well, as much as one can like them anyway.
I have one thing to pick on with Roman though. WHY was it so hard for them to snap a photo of the actor in a suit instead of using that badly maniped photo through some episodes? lol. It's not like he's not wearing suits otherwise. Anyway cool actor. Creepy as fuck actually.
The fight between ghost Bobby and Roman was kinda weird, but kinda cool too. Really cool actually. I also loved Sam and Dean at the airport in costumes and shit oooh yeah that is always fun haha. And throwing themselves through the glass doors and all the action. SO badass!!!
What more to say? I know there was a lot more I liked, but since I've only seen it on a rather small screen online it kinda ruined the enjoyment. But cool actors, awesome Winchesters and awesome badguys.
The episode felt kinda "not" Supernatural if you know what I mean heh. It's good. I wanna see it again now and then later when I can download and watch on TV. Sorry with no caps damnit! *Sniffle*
