Chrystal and I are planning on being invited to a wedding that is two weeks after ours. Today, I thought about what we should put on the response cards. The card will probably read something like this

I think they ought to send you two invitations, one to each set of names. You should send the one with different last names first and note "provisionally," and on your wedding day, you send the one with same last names.
