It is so hard to deal with someone who is drunk, because you never know what kind of drunk they'll be. We didn't want to piss him off because he might lash out. One of our managers kind of wandered around behind us, which made me feel a little better.
I guess he had a flight that he was waiting for, so maybe he went up to his gate. *shrug* I was just glad I didn't have to deal with him anymore.
That's so true...you never know what to expect...they're so not fun to be around! :p My ex was an alcoholic...and sometimes he was a sweet drunk and sometimes mean...but only mean before we broke up. I am very glad that your manager followed you guys around! Do you work in an airport?
And hee...the icon was made by the lovely noaluvjames and I thought it fit your situation at work today! lol
I work at the main restaurant in my city's airport, so it wasn't too hard for him (one of my managers) to stick around. I was still grateful for him doing so. I think he'd be able to deal with a drunk guy a lot better than I would.
I'm going to stay at Spokane Falls Community College to finish getting my general A.A. Degree. Since I didn't do Running Start full time the first year I did it, I wasn't able to get all of my credits. I have math and a handful electives left to finish.
As for my major, I would love to get into photography or somewhere in the visual arts area. I would like to go to Eastern Washington University, but I'm still considering my options. EWU sometimes has a problem with accepting credits. I'll probably have to do the run-around with counselors to make sure my credits are in order. I've thought about the Seattle Art Institute, but they don't have much for photography itself. I might look into other art schools within the state, or possibly out of state, though I'd prefer to not have to spend the extra money.
As long as I stay close to home, my dad has no problem with me living at home to save up money. I might move out within the next year, but they don't plan on kicking me out anytime soon, so who knows?
