Absolutely love. However you need to find someone to *teach* you how. There are lots of different meditation styles, you'll have to find one that works for you. :)

I happen to be taking a meditation class this summer, and there's a little text book for the class. :) I could e-mail you some of the different stuff if you'd really want to try it.

It would probably be really good for you.
