Food, Exercise, Books and Audiobooks.

So I've really been enjoying Jillian Michaels' "30-Day Shred." It's fun, and quick... and a good jumping-off point by which to start my daily workouts! Although, I'm sure at some point it will become boring, as it's already become kind of easy for me. Does anyone have a recommendation? "Our Daily Bread" is a pretty movie. The magazine "Eating Well" often has interesting food articles.
