So I've really been enjoying Jillian Michaels' "30-Day Shred." It's fun, and quick... and a good jumping-off point by which to start my daily workouts! 3/19/10 - Newark, CA. - BTW - Wrestled in my very first triple threat match against Aaron Solo and Devin Danger. The match was put entirely in my hands by the bookers, and we were the show's opener. Wow am I all over the place lately! I'm beyond happy when I'm just hanging around with H, or while we're hiking (even if I act grumpy.) I'm happy while I'm wrestling, exercising, reading, or doing most household things. But there's a hint of depression (usually linked to our general lack of money, and my lack of a legitimate source of money.) ( Read more... )

I've been having some serious mixed emotions lately, regarding my physique. There are times when I'm pretty happy with it. I've dropped down to 225 lbs. That's the lightest I've been since college! I mean, when you compare these pictures, the improvement is actually pretty rad:
