7.75 pounds lost during week 1. SWEET!

43 more days until my birthday, meaning 43 more days of no drinking. I'm not feelin' the effects yet, but I notice myself getting a little edgy without my regular bud light.

Current weight 197

Pounds lost 102 lbs!!!!!

I'm gettin' there!

I fought off the late night snack attack lastnight, and it payed off. When I got on the scale this morning....4 pounds of me were gone! That brings me back to the point I was at before I went to chicago! I think it was a combo of better eating, more exercise and a butt load of water....I think most of it was water weight, but still, its 4 pounds ( Read more... )

So, I went to the first weight loss challenge last night. Turns out, her scale weighs me at the same weight that my scale at home does, which is a miracle, because no two scales are ever the same! I just read through some old livejournals (mine and some friends) and I realized I just want to go to Dennys for one night and smoke my ass off, drink a butt load of coffee and eat some cheese fries. i think that Tara has decided to quit smoking and i am SOOOO happy for her! yay!

tara and i are going to a sublime tribute concert in chicago at the house of blues on march 3rd!
