The saga continues....We went to court and the judge told us that if we don't have a lawyer, he's going to dismiss the case for not following court rules. What happened to to open access to the courts? Doesn't the Fourteenth Amendment gurantee equal protection of the law? Anyway, we've been delayed to December 14 now. Someday we'll be settled.

wouldn't they be obligated to give you a public defender if you guys couldn't afford a lawyer?
