Here's our new kitty! She is a super tiny 10wk old tiger-bobcat mix. We adopted her yesterday at Animal Friends. They said she was from a cat collector who's building burned down and many of her cats and kittens were killed. Our kitty survived bc her mom covered her litter with her body to protect them. Her mom did live, but has bad smoke ( Read more... )

OMG is she fucking cute! When Michelle and I found Ebony she was looking pretty bad. She was a little malled and tattered and skinny but we went right up to the store and got supplies to take in a kitty. I've had her ever since and she is more than content. She sits on the back porch and chills, watches TV with me, and loves me very much. She's still a little antsy around others but is comfortable enough. The vet said she was fixed and in good health. She had one broken tooth which I had fixed this summer. All-in-all this cat will probably become a great friend. She is gonna get big and be a cute furball. Anyway, cute stuff kid and congrats!

thanks. i am real happy to have a little friend around the house. i have missed having a cat since i moved out of mom's house (where we had 2) and me and Mark have been renting everywhere until now so we couldn't get one. another benifit to owning our own place.

It is a bonus, and you can get all the pets you want. She is just so cute, I can't even stand it. The women at work were all around my computer cause I called them and they're all "awwwing" and putting their hands over their mouths. She's adorable Von!! Little furball!

I miss having a dog. I love big dogs. Michelle has a Chihuahua and he really is great. I prefer big ones though; I'd love a husky or a German Shepard (or both).

I'm happy you guys have your first "Love Child"!!!

When I was in college I had a kitty that looked just like him! We (rachel and I) named him buddah and loved him long time. When the year ended Rachel took Buddah home and I am happy to report that Buddah now weighs in close to 20 pounds. He's a big mother! Your kitty is adorable and I know the three of you will get along fabulously.

Aww, you're first child! (Figuratively speaking.) She's adorable! I especially like the picture next to the barbell. What a cutie! I think she might like coming to live with Batman and Ratso... :-)

looks like zoombie when he was a young'un!
Wonder if he's a maine coon too?
It took a while to find a name for Zooms, but when we finally got it, it was perfect!
If all else fails have Pirsch mis-spell something for you.

she has the whispy ear things and fluffy neck but not the fluffy tail. unless maybe she'll grow one as she gets older? so maybe she has a little coon in her. everyone calls her a lynx or a leapord. anyway, i love your zoombie, too. he's an awsome cat.
