i didn't notice that you got fatter since the last time i saw you.
i just know that you are overweight and have not found a successful solution yet. i just worry about your heart and general health and how you feel.

thanks. i worry, too. and when i look at the charts i am in the 'red zone' meaning onset of health problems so the worry is real. and then i drink 3 beers after dinner anyway.
