Ah, hell. I'm going to have to get a freaking MySpace account at some point, aren't I? That stupid thing is slowly but surely replacing the cell phone, which sucks, because I still kind of even hate THAT mode of communication. I was perfectly content in the eighties and early nineties when no one had any ultra-fast communicative devices aside from ( Read more... )

If it makes you feel better, I don't have MySpace and I'm not planning on getting one. One journal-type thing is fine with me, I never understood the people who have like, 4 of them. =P

I can only keep up with one journal! *hugs her LJ* My life is on here!! =P

See, that's EXACTLY what I tell everyone else! "Just go to my livejournal," I say, in a desperate attempt at reason. But they just roll their eyes and go, "get with the program!" And NO, quite frankly! I don't WANT to get with ANY program that would have me forget about my million other blog journal whatevers because I have too many of them! LET ME BE SIMPLE!! I WANT! TO BE! SIIMMMPLLLLE! T_T

haha, you're complaining about Jersey Girl when you're listening to Billy Joel? I mean seriously, haha :P

IIII liked the movie...except i dont really like Ben Afleck, and i can kinda see, you know, where he can sit next to will smith and pretend he's not famous...i mean look at the movies he's been in. The thing he's most famous for is being Jennifer Garner's husband. haha, silly fellow.

And ooooh.. he's gonna be in your apt?? Good times...goooood times. :P

Well, hey, the thing Will Smith is most famous for is being Jada Pinkett's husband, and she hasn't gotten any work in years, haha (she's a better actor and makes better role choices than her husband, this is why she doesn't just jump on any role that someone wants her for)

What that scene came down to for me, basically, was being forced to watch two viscerally appealing Hollywood sell-outs that I hate with a passion wax pseudo-philosophic about fatherhood. My dad could trash both their hides, and he's like a hundred years older than either of them. So take THAT, charming actors worth 1.3 billion apiece!

BTW - "We Didn't Start the Fire" is a great song. And Billy Joel sang the intro to "Oliver & Company" in the 80's, so he's officially in the clear with me. WHAT'S IT TO YOU???

For those who know me know that I am all about simplicity and myspace is far from it. Myspace is sooooo bloated with stuff: Information overload!!! (for the geeks): But the programming behind it is amazing and very very cool! No wonder so many people like it. It does just about everything you would want it to do as far as online communication.

I have a myspace but i dont use it. :p

I'll probably get one eventually, simply because I'm going to lose touch with my oldest friends if I don't. >_< But then what comes next, y'know? A pulse monitoring system attached to everyone's cell phone and/or MySpace account that lets everyone in cyberspace track your heart rate in real time? "Oh, dude, if you don't get one of those, how are we going to know if you're alive or not? Ffsh-- I have, like, FOUR pulse monitors going at all times so that my friends can tell exactly what activities I'm doing, and when, and it's also great in case I spend too many hours in front of my computer playing World of Warcraft and I choke on a pork rind and someone needs to call an ambulance to get--" WHATEVERRRRRRR, just freaking' call me, GAWD!
