I think this article misses the big point. Besides being charged more than I could afford to have more than a couple brumbies, and, you know, ruining the environment, etc, the real point is... why would someone want to have more than one kid? Ouch.

P.S. I've always suspected Catholics of of being anti-environmentalists.
