Operation Be a Better Theo checklist (physical version, step one)

Just to get things in writing
  • One fresh fruit or vegetable a day (try to eat the whole thing)
  • One glass of water a day (preferably in the morning but any time is fine)
  • Stretches after waking and before going to bed
  • Pushups before bed (try to keep a consistent schedule for these)

That sounds like a smart and sensible plan! Hopefully it will make you feel good, both physically and mentally. (When I started making a point of consistently drinking enough water, a lot of minor stuff got so much better.

Yeah, they're all really little stuff but! If I make a habit of them things will get easier.

Yeah, and doing multiple different kinds of healthy small things is likely to have a big impact without overwhelming you with the work involved. And if you start getting better digestion/sleep/mood/energy levels/awesome biceps/other health benefits, then that's naturally motivating to keep it up.

(Biceps are annoying hard to get, though. I have impressively large muscles on my biceps, but no definition.)
