Yay, the sit up!

Sorry about the bad head days. This is why I wish you could talk to a qualified professional about this.

Doing your routine regardless is the best thing. it reinforced a lot of stuff, physically, behaviorally, and neurochemically, all of which will reduce the power of the bad head days.

I woke up this morning in so much pain that I couldn't do the full workout, so now I'm wondering if I pushed too hard too fast? On the other hand, the pain isn't in any of the places that I've been working with and feels more like I slept in an incredibly awkward position. So maybe it's that.

At least it was just a bad head day and not a whole bad head week or month or year or anything.

Could be overdoing it. If it happens a few times, definitely ramp down the routine.

Glad it passed!

I considered that, but I hadn't added anything new to the routine since the situps like four days before, and it wasn't any of the muscles I was working (it was on my side). I felt better next day, so I think it probably was the sleeping thing. I've had pains there before when I woke up.

Also I'm assuming you're the reason I got the sign language books and another movie in the mail the other day? You're the only one I talked about the sign language thing with.
