Tell the boss's boss that the boss is now trying to get you to help him cover up theft. Keep going higher and higher until someone listens. Keep a record of the days that you see things including dates and times, write down every time he asks you to do something like that, keep a record of the times you tell higher ups. Definately time to CYA this will help in case of wrongful termination for participating in theft. And don't help them cover it up or you will be just as culpable as them when corporate decides to finally look into it.
YEAH, what she said!!!! under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you let them get you involved! and any records you can make & keep on your own will really help back you up when/*if* the stuff hits the fan....
sorry you're going through this - it sucks to have the *people in charge* f**ing up so badly & being able to do nothing about it... >:-(
