Crossroads

I would greatly appriate any and all your input on both sections. Thanks.
We had a meeting this morning with our New Executive Director (the real one, finally). Today is her first day. By what she said in our meeting it sounds like she's going to focus on the 3 unit directors first, then each club's problems-such as space, and employees, etc., thirdly on the programs we're doing, then finally on the kids themselves. This sounds good to me because I feel/think that the unit directors have been walked all over ever since this organization started. I have my first one-on-one session with her Wed. morning Get this topic is "Our intentions with this job": meaning are we looking at staying or leaving, what my personal problems may be with the job as whole, and any other topics we need to get off our chests.

The crossroad feeling comes from the possible job I've been looking at.

I found a job posted on Hotjobs.com working as a camp counslor in the wilderness for trouble youth. I'd be living in the wilderness with ten-twelve kids and two other camp counselors teaching them how to overcome their past and become a better person. If you want to check out the website it's http://www.eckerd.org/index.html . I really like the sound of this job. It appeals to me on many levels and I think it's the kind of thing I need to help me grow and learn to be a better leader. I have my first phone interview on Wed. at 1:00pm.

Whatever happens to me in the next few weeks with either staying here or going to EYA, or something else, will hopefully be the change I'm looking for.
