[On the Run] A Sprint to the Finish Line
There was a gentle, consistent hum to the TARDIS as the Doctor stood at the console. Since being back, he caught a nap, showered and shaved, and was quietly working on a plan to submit to the Shadow Proclamation in hopes they could work together to resolve everything.
There was a loop created in time, and if left alone long enough, it'll start bringing down the walls surrounding it, thus making it more destructive and harder to fix. The problem was, where exactly was this loop (The Shadow Proclamation seemed unsure themselves) and how would they resolve it?
John Smith, the metacrisis, managed to rip holes through time to catch the attention of the Doctor and Donna, and the Doctor thought he had resolved the worst of them only to find out things have become more complex than that. Far, far more complex.
And so, he programmed the TARDIS to search through time and space as best as she could, to compile a list of suspicious loops or remaining holes in time.
