I've never seen the show, but I think his drama queen act plus what seems to be his only too real addiction to drugs and/or alcohol and whatever else is seriously dangerous to himself and shows little regard for the show he's contracted to. Maybe they can figure out a way to keep the show going without him. I hope so for all the people who are/were depending on that for their paychecks.
