I've been pretty quiet on LJ lately. Partly because I've been sucked into Facebook but also partly because life has been weird. My Papillon Ricky got sick in December 2010 and we struggled with that situation until just this last Tuesday. Ricky took the decision away from me. He passed away from complications of Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency. ( Read more... )

Your dog is in a happy place where he's not having any more problems, and I'm sure you'll get to see him again someday. Try not to be too sad after you're finished with the grieving process, if you can.

I'll try but it's always what we didn't get to do that makes me sad. He was such a smart little dog and if his disease hadn't gotten in the way, we could have done so much together. Thank you for your support.:)
