I just thought I'd let you all know what's been going on w/me lately. . .I'm in the worst financial state I've ever been in. . .The throat surgery I had last summer (08) is really costing me! This was a big to-do in the news this week about Rush Limbaugh trying to buy the St Louis Rams pro football team, & the fact that he has repeatedly made incindiary racist remarks on his radio show. So, today, my older brother, Rich, died. . .car crash. I don't really have any more info than that. Ah, well. Mom last week, & now Rich. . .I wonder who'll go next, & when?

We're having a memorial service for Mom this Sat, at 1.00pm, Central time, in Lawrence, Ks at the Unity Church. Everyone's invited. Peace out. . .

Well, it's about 05.00am, Central time, & I just got off the phone w/my brother, Dave. He called to tell me that our Mum passed. . .

It was inevitable, we all saw it coming, & I'm not shocked or surprised, but it still hurts. Mom was a kick, everybody loved her, & now she's gone. Sigh. . .

This morning we drove out to Lawrence, Ks, to see about moving stuff out of Mom's place. She was put in a nursing home last week, & her old house has to be emptied by Oct 1. Wow.
