Ooh, tough call. I'd have to say Oprah. Because I get a little tired of famous people having parties and congratulating themselves on being famous.

Ashley Simpson and Tori Spelling are in a close tie for second place, though.

It seems OPRAH gives all those parties more for herself than for others. She likes people bowing to her as if she was a queen (because they kiss her...... you-know-what). They all think that it's better to have Oprah in your camp rather than against you. TORI has yet another "nice" wedding spread in "People" mag !!!!!!!!!!!! As for ASHLEY, I don't know if any of the pics we have seen are of the old or the improved nose but I can't tell a difference. NICK is a whiner. As for Will & Grace, I will so miss SEAN HAYES (the "Will" guy was also good). Regarding JEN & VINCE, I really don't believe they will ever get married and maybe neither will BRAD & ANGELINA.
