The major thing with stressing the need for more gaffers tape (and painters tape too if while we are at it) is to make a point of asking the next div head to make sure you have enough budget for it. Even better would be to estimate how much you think would be ideal and then show how much it would cost. Unfortunately the last few years it has been bought by individuals but it is something we really should be budgeting in better.
