I came out of mass...and was in the process of walking back when I saw a girl hit by a car in the middle of Grand. Both legs crushed. Conscious. Alive. Both legs crushed and dragging on the ground when carried back to the side of the road. The guy drove off. I hope he gets caught and has to pay out his ass.
