Perception is interesting. Nobody perceives anything exactly the same way as anyone else. Perception deals with experience, sense, thoughts...and because a person is an individual it means that no one can be EXACTLY like them ever. I feel like there is a way to step outside of how you normally perceieve things. People go about their everyday life perceiving things on a much lower scale because there are so many things going on and so many thoughts in their heads. If you stop and just look at something, and focus solely on that, your perception of it changes. You can, in a sense, take something out of time and space and view it in its...in its...essence I guess. For example, take a dollar out and stare at it...everything else is blurred, nothing is perceptable to your immediate thought or sight. You have taken that dollar out of space and can perceive it and take apart all its pieces and it seems more real than anything else in that moment of time.
Sometimes I think I'm a little crazy because i doubt many people think about this kind of stuff often. Perception...being aware of things in their essences...being aware of people and their ideas and thoughts and them in their essence...feeling energies or...something imminating from them...I don't know to call it energies or just to say its themselves imminating.
Watched Donnie Darko and it had some interesting things about time in it. The Philosophy of Time was a book in it. It showed like...okay...I'm going to draw it out and try to explain it. (insert picture of a person with a sort of...tunnel coming from its chest) The thing coming from the chest is...like...the path he's going to follow...its seeing the future and then he follows it. In a sense he sees into the future by seeing this path he is going to take. His teacher says he can choose to not follow it but because thats where he's going its the path he sees. If he chose to not follow it, he would see a different path also...but wouldn't that mean he would see another path? If there is free will, wouldn't you see hundreds of paths to follow? If our lives are predetermined for us than there is only one path. Whether we have free will or not. It's gotta be predetermined. That's what people say. God gave us free will...but then they say he can see every bit in our life, every experience...so do we have free will? We follow one path. You can never go back. If God is outside of time, he sees our whole life from finish to end. There is one life for each of us (unless reincarnation is real)...so our life is predetermined. People don't think that, they think we have free will. But we are restricted by time. (insert picture of movie real starting with one birth and spliting into a million lives ending in deaths) If we have free will...people think God will see all the paths we are going to take...but if he's outside of time...he's already seen what path we choose from birth to death. He sees one path. Our lives are predetermined. Our free will has already been determined...so there is only one path. There is no free will outside of time. Things are already what they are...from beginning to end...outside of time...our lives have already happened. There is no choice but to follow the path we have already chosen. (insert picture of movie real...one birth, one life, one death)
No choice. That's why you can only see one path. When people tell you...you have a choice...you can think about it all you want but you're going to make the choice you've already chosen. You can't go back in time...I don't think...well...there may be more lives...if reincarnation is real. Maybe people can live more than one life. But if its your soul that gives you life, and your soul doesn't die with your body...then YOU, the essence of who you are, never dies. So we really only have one life. Maybe just many bodies. Maybe souls are timeless. Only our bodies are restricted by time. The physicality of who we are is restricted by time and space...but our soul isn't. If we continue to live forever...why can't we remember past "lives" we've lived? If our soul has one life...you should be able to remember...maybe thats deja vu...in a way...but we wouldn't be able to remember because our bodies mind is restricted by time and space...hm. Maybe being able to see things in a different way, even if you've seen something a million times, its really just your soul recognizing it in a way that it saw it at a different point of time. Our soul goes in and out of time...if what I think is right. If it never dies, if our soul is eternal, and we can live many physical, earth bound lives, then we go in and out of time. "we" meaning out souls. But our soul makes us who we are...wait...ok...souls. (insert picture of movie real starting with birth and having death immediately follwed by another birth...without an end)
Can a soul sit outside of time for a while? Like...well...I guess it wouldn't be there for a while. It would just be. Until it goes back into time. Wait...so where are you if you are outside of time? If you're outside of time then you must be outside of space because space is restricted by time but what is your soul though? If its energies that make up your soul and energies are restricted by space...which would mean you're restricted by time which then means your soul can't go out of time. What is your soul then? Nothing? It's got to be something. Or it doesn't exist.
Ok...so then God is outside of time right? But what is God? He's got to be made up of something or else He can't exist! If you sit outside of time...you can't. Because everything has to be made up of something. But everything is made up of something...energy. Energy is space restricted. If you aren't made of something then you don't exist. Taking yourself out of time is taking yourself out of space because the two connect in one...You can't go out of time. You stop existing. God can't be out of time...then He doesn't exist. God is an idea...but something people by nature believe naturally...in a higher power...but power would be energy which would be earthbound which would be time constricted...it can't exist outside of time.
