It surprised me to hear the Old 97s doing the latest version of "Baby Back Ribs" for Chili's restaurant for their latest commercial. I saw the thing the other day and was like hey that sounds like...and then yup it was them. Went and saw The Departed a couple days ago. I knew it was going to be good but damn, I have to admit its probably the best movie I've seen all year. Or at least the most exciting. I can't remember the last time I've seen Damon as a real bad guy before and I especially loved Wahlberg's performance.

And the ending, oh my...

Why couldn't our school plays or talent shows been this awesome?
