Im catholic (i think) or in other words was babtized and forced to endure 9 years of terrible memories and hell at a catholic school! Yeah...not sure who you are and you probably dont know me but i ended up here so i'll comment. I dont think it's the place of religion to "demand" your funds but it does help the establishment itself if you donate. Dont do it because they force you to. Do it if you want to.

You'll notice that i left out what it means. It refers to donation and also confirmation. It's a sign that you truely do want to stay catholic. So yeah...make sure you're going to right way.

Also, hunny...don't rule all religion out of your life like that. We can talk about this later, but it is a really big decision for you to even make a statement such as you did. Watch your language, and seriously, we will have a talk about it later. This IS a big deal.

carlye as your best friend..i have to say..follow your heart hun! yea its a big deal..and sure you'll get crap up the butt from your family...but its your decision..and if they loved you as much as i do...they would respect you...carlye its your life..and its gunna be your future that depends on all this..just remember that god does love you no matter what!
