Today was the last day in the tech position I've had for 3 years, the end of my technical career of 15+ years and the beginning to the career in management that I've been aiming for all along. It was a quiet ending...the card and cake and farewells done a week ago when I moved into my new office. The replacement trained and all the work passed down
