So, gloomchen has gone on many times about this juice death fast thing that she does and Mike and I finally got around to trying it. Two days, nothing but juice, 1600 calories. Ummmm... can I say ow? Good news is on Saturday morning I weighed myself and I was 187.5 and as of this morning, I was 180. So, it definitely works, but boy the cranky is just out of
