Sounds good. :) Do you know someone hosted by them? I'd recommend finding out if they really ARE up as often as they claim to be, but other than that it sounds good. I guess you could always go for it and if they suck, change in a month/year.

Ahh, fair enough. In that case, I'd recommend against paying a year's hosting straight up -- go for a month or two first to see if they really are as good as they sound and THEN pay for yearly (if you're going to do yearly at all).

Not bad. What's their uptime guarantee?

not the best- its comparable but I get way more for 7.95/month and also with the same 99.9% uptime guarentee.

I looked at dreamhost and again its not a great deal..

so if you go with hostsave let me know cuz I would get a little somthing extra for referring you as I am sure other people would get from their hosts for referring..

Which other host companies are you looking at? I always like to see what's out there...

off topic... kitty training dawntreader90 February 24 2004, 09:31:46 UTC
someone from the Kitty Pix community said that you had successfully toilet trained a cat.

we are in the last stages of training ours. she has no litter or pan, and is going in the toilet. but she sits too far back for going #2 and... let's just say the items tend to bank into the bowl leaving the seat a little unfresh. :) she's been doing this with no pan at all for about 2 weeks now.

it's nice not having litter to mess with, but we have to clean the seat after each time she goes.

do you know of anything to try to get her repositioned? i've tried gently moving her feet just after she starts, but the next time she sits in the same spot again.

anyway, thanks in advance if you have any advice. :)

i read that to learn how.

i didn't get done training the cats b/c i had one (buggie) who was going in the bowl with little water then i got another kitten so i had to put the litter box back out. *sigh*
kinda a big setback.

i'm sorry i can't help

lmk what you do to fix it ok?

Too bad you did not have trouble before or I could have pointed you out to a promotional package of 1&1 who offered 3 years of free hosting.. the offer expired end of January though :(
But, I make use of their service and so far it rocks. is an overview of the hosting plans.

Oops I messed up my code.. ohwell.

The one you linked to doesn't sound to bad to me either btw, but I do not know anyone who uses them so it's hard to say whether they are good. But the deal sounds ok. How much do you currently pay for your (not working..) hosting?
