okay, because i'm a public affairs officer, i work with the media a lot. that typically means reporters. however, there are unique opportunities outside of journalism where i get to work with "different" media: documentaries, movies, TV shows, art projects and book authors

I've known what you do and why you do it (as far as your job goes at least--personally, that's another story) since we met because it's one of the many things we've discussed. your appointment with the court over your unpaid parking tickets does not count as a "date" dear... nor will your 24 hours in jail for not paying them count as a "one night stand" although it may turn into that if your put in a cell with Ms. Mullet McWhitetrash

You really need to get out more dear. No...I have a date with a fantastic guy whom I've been stupid for since early this year. You saw how giddy I got when he called me! I'm not a fan of one night stands, even of that variety. If she has a mullet, chances are she looks like a man and I can almost deal with that. A tongue is a tongue my friend. hahaha

Oh...I don't think I'll be getting any tickets any time soon. I think there's something attached to my name saying "don't mess with this chick" because I got pulled over and got a warning and I know it wasn't because I looked cute. I looked like death...and not even warmed over. I need to thank my detective friend for that one I think. :)

Seriously, where is this place. give me directions and i'll see what's possible. but right now, it would take me until like 8 pm to get there if i'm lucky enough to leave work at a decent time. and then, it takes me 2-3 hours to get BACK down here (if this place is in LA).

please tell me there is an alternative.

Well he's going to San Diego tomorrow, but I won't be with him. I jokingly said he should meet up with you to pick up that desk, but he'll be with his friends and prolly drunk. We'll prolly spend the weekend together, his idea, so I dunno. I don't have much time to spend with him before I leave and then he leaves. He'll be back in April.

My phone is totally shut off right now, but I'm hoping to get it back up tomorrow. I'll call you and tell you all about the date. It was a pefect evening. The only way it could've been better is if I didn't have to get up so damn early this morning and if I wasn't still kinda sick.
