ahh, christmas break is almost here. 9 more days.. sweet bliss.

i'm come to the conclusion that i really want a sugarglider.. so what if they're expensive. i heart squirrels too. this morning one was just looking at me from a few inches away. i want one of those too..well a flying one anyway. and my own sun conure.. and yes, i'm weird.

( ..but how could you resist this adorable little face? )

thats what sugar gliders look like? i thought they were just miniature squirrels, they look like rats with wings although the third one looks kinda cool.

yeah apparently when i thought of sugar gliders i was thinking about flying squirrels but i still think they're cute.

my friend christina has a sugarglider and it growls at people... it is cute though.

dude i want one too. now i will add them to my christmas list. do they bite? i hope not. and you should DEFINITELY go to the Jimmy Eat World concert with me and april and whoever else goes too. it will be so AWESOME!! jimmy eat world rocks. my fave songs are "Ten" from the Clarity cd and "The World You Love" from Futures. oh and "If You Don't, Don't" from Bleen America. oh and pretty much every other song they sing. lol. im obsessed!!

i'm not sure.. they're about $100 which isn't too bad.
i just might go with you guys but i'll have to let you know later. "Kill" is my favorite song from futures. :)

thank you for the concern, but my family currently owns 5 birds, a cat and several fish. we have had them all for at least a few years and some for more than 10.

since i've decided i want a flying squirrel instead i'll concentrate on that.. i realize from experience with birds that you need a varied diet (we buy the most healthy and expensive food there is, i believe) and a lot of attention. one bird in particular is an african grey and i know they live for at least 50 years.. currently he is 4 or 5 i believe. he has a large cage by the way as well. if i had one, i would take it with me whereever i go..although i want to wait to get one until the summer since my schedule is a little hectic right now.

thank you for your concern, but it was completely unnecessary. i love animals and flying squirrels are just adorable. i'm not neglectful.. the word i'd use is responsible.
