Please Be Careful....As You Know As Of Recently...People Are Wildin Out In The Capitol. Murders, Homicides, Robbings...Have Skyrocketted....I Dont Know About Yall But When I Ride Through The City I Stay Strapped. I Aint Getting Shot Over No Bullshit. Here A Clip From The Washington Post:

what kinda gun you carry?
i always wanted to shoot a gun, one day i'll find a shooting range for i can just do it one day

but i dont trust myself purchasing a gun for protection. i would kill myself first,and i'm not playin when i say that!

My Dad Bought Me A Desert Eagle And A .45 When I Turned 21.

Well I Grew Up Mostly In The South...So I Was Shooting Guns At A Young Age. So Im Used To It...Im Not Gonna Shoot At Anyone Unless I Feel Like My Life Is In Danger.

you know that staying strapped won't PREVENT you from being shot. you just might be one of TWO people that do (you and the other person).

besides, i'd keep watch ALL OVER the area, since it's not like people are forbidden to cross state and county lines.

niggas ain't got nothing better to do than to fuck with people, and this is showing just how naive and unprepared both people and the police are when it comes to this kinda stuff.

I don't read or watch the local news, so I had no idea. Honestly, I mostly just go to school and come home. I don't feel in danger of violence at all. Never really have, and I've been in DC for 4 yrs now... plus me having a gun greatly increases the likelihood that I'll shoot a cabdriver who pisses me off.

I'm always suspicious when there are 'violence alerts', cos its usually related to something happening to tourists, not city residents. Like its only a threat when tourism is affected....

The violence in our area is terrible. A friend of mine was killed Monday around 1am.... And when the news showed the area she lived in I hated how they tried to make it sound like it was just the neighborhood. True indeed Se has some parts that are just plain ol pointless to live in but there negelect paid a HUGE part in her death....
