Seriously though, I'd probably have gone for the snake broth, or the duck feet. Mongolian hot pots are a really cool way to serve. I wish I could have been there!

Cool! I'm not posting much these days, but I'll go ahead an add you back anyway. We definitely seem to have a lot interests in common. I'm very keen on Stan Ridgeway, Margaret Atwood, and Windsor McKay too, though I don't think they're on my interests list at the moment. And Tom Knechtel's a real shibboleth for me-- he is my absolute favorite living visual artist, and I almost never met anyone who knows his work. I can't believe that there are only three LJ-ers who list him as an interest. What gives with that? Why aren't there six dozen communities full of Knechtel-stuck hosannas, eulgoies, and slaver?
