I actually did some today. It was most exciting and a very novel experience. (Once you're a graduate student, no one gives a damn about your work any more, which is my justification for the rampant egotism of announcing this trivial fact to the entire internet. Well obviously its entirely irrational to form attachments to old pieces of furniture that smell and serve no further useful purpuse. You certianly wouldn't catch me doing that.

So whatever happened to the chair after Finals? Did you not manage to save it?

Of course I didn't save it... it was manky and leaked foam all over the carpet ( as I realised a few weeks after Finals when I regained sanity. I also brought myself to throw away the dead pot plant in the study around that period).
