i just got off the phone with my mother who basically said to me in very matter of fact terms that it is my life and i'm allowed to do what i want but she doesn't see where this thing with noureddine is going... because he is muslim. though, she is glad that i'm happy but she doesn't think

yea, so now i'm drowning in my new mix which contains a lot of tracy chapman, some ray charles, alison kraus, love songs or songs that remind me of him...

Talked with Mia, she pointed out a few things that made me feel better...
my favorite was that this was a phase but it could be a very long one that could last for my entire life...
