If I ever get pregnant the baby would have to be born via c-section because a) my body sucks, and b) I don't exactly want to be awake for it.

I doubt he could fit a baby in him.

Also, how many men would opt for the elective surgery?

but where would he put it? he doesn't have a uterus, and the closest thing to that he does have is either his nuts, or his stomach. I doubt you could carry a baby in the skin down there, and we don't want it digested!

Okay, in THEORY, a pregnancy can implant damn near anywhere in the body, which is why ectopic pregnancies suck.

I believe you would implant not IN the stomach, but on the outside.

These folks here allegedly have already done it, although I think the guy hasn't finished the pregnancy yet…
